Currently this online shop is only for deliveries within Switzerland. Please send us an email at info@klybeck.net if you wish to order a delivery for another country as we ship worldwide!

Deliveries within Switzerland are FREE!

 

Delivery

Each product with the exception of the coat stand "y": 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Coat stand "y": 3-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay with the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Damages

Klybeck.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order and the product is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
